Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach in San Luis Obispo, CA

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre- & Post Natal Coach, I guide clients through their fitness journey with a personalized, holistic approach, and  ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience. I focus on sustainability, authenticity, and fun, aiming to positively impact wellness and encourage fitness as a lifelong practice for individuals of all ages.

One on One Personal Training

One-on-one personal training sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. I'll work closely with you to create a customized workout plan that suits your fitness level and preferences. With individualized attention, you can maximize your results and stay motivated throughout your fitness journey.

Partner Training

Do you have a workout buddy? My partner training sessions are a great way to stay motivated and have fun while working out. Train with a friend or family member and enjoy the benefits of accountability and friendly competition. I'll ensure that both of you receive personalized attention and guidance to achieve your fitness goals together.

Group Training
