    1:1 Training (Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase)

    • 1 session: $90

    • 5 sessions: $425

    • 10 sessions: $800

    • 20 sessions: $1,500

    Partner Training (Packages must be used within 3 months of purchase)

    • 1 session: $50 per person

    Receive customized workout plans designed for flexibility—suitable for home or gym workouts. Includes an initial 30-minute phone consultation, weekly check-in videos, and direct messaging access via an app.
