As a San Luis Obispo County native, Cal Poly Kinesiology graduate, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Pre/Postnatal and Menopause Specialist, I help men and women lose fat, build strength, and build sustainable habits that evolve with every season of life.
